This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of services provided by Aenric Technologies LLC.
General Refund Policy
Aenric Technologies LLC ("Aenric Technologies", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, provides professional technology services including software development, consulting, and platform services. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service and the terms specified in your service agreement or Statement of Work.
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all fees paid for our services are non-refundable once services have commenced. However, we are committed to working with our clients to ensure satisfaction and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
Professional Services
For professional services engagements (including software development, consulting, implementation, and advisory services):
- Fixed-Price Projects: Refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any costs already incurred.
- Time-and-Materials Projects: You are billed for actual time and materials expended. No refunds are provided for work already completed and billed.
- Milestone-Based Projects: Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Payments for uncompleted milestones may be refunded if the project is terminated before those milestones are reached.
- Subscription Services: Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer credits, adjustments, or other remedies at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service engagement at any time by providing written notice to us. The following terms apply:
- Notice Period: Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to legal@aenric.com or as specified in your service agreement
- Work in Progress: You will be responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation
- Deliverables: Any completed deliverables will be provided to you upon final payment
- Termination Fees: If your service agreement specifies termination fees or penalties, those will apply as set forth in the agreement
We reserve the right to terminate service engagements for non-payment, breach of agreement, or other reasons specified in your service agreement. In such cases, refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

We will review your refund request and respond within 30 days. Refund decisions will be based on the specific circumstances, terms of your agreement, and applicable law.
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Please note that we are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with the refund.
Service-Specific Terms
Certain services may have specific refund terms:
Custom Development Projects: Refunds are generally not available once development has commenced. However, if we fail to deliver agreed-upon milestones or deliverables as specified in the Statement of Work, you may be entitled to a refund or credit for the undelivered portion.
Consulting and Advisory Services: Fees for completed consulting sessions and advisory work are non-refundable. Prepaid fees for future sessions may be refunded if cancellation occurs with sufficient notice (typically 48 hours).
Maintenance and Support Services: Subscription fees for maintenance and support are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
Training and Workshops: Refunds may be available if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled training date, minus any non-refundable expenses.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback), we will work with you and your payment provider to resolve the dispute. However, initiating a chargeback may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your account and access to services
- Collection of any outstanding fees and associated costs
- Legal action to recover amounts owed
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to working with you to find a mutually acceptable resolution.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from refund requests or this Refund Policy are subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service, including binding arbitration. Please refer to our Terms of Service for complete dispute resolution procedures.
EU/UK Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from certain service contracts within 14 days of entering into the contract, without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal applies to distance and off-premises contracts under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right:
- You may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of the date of contract formation
- To exercise your withdrawal right, send a clear written statement to legal@aenric.com
- You may use our contact form or send an email stating your decision to withdraw
- We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notice promptly
Important Limitations:
- If you expressly request that we begin services during the 14-day withdrawal period, you may lose your withdrawal right once services are fully performed
- If services have commenced with your express consent, you may be liable for payment proportionate to the services provided up to the point of withdrawal
- The withdrawal right may not apply to services fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you would lose your withdrawal right
- Custom development work specifically tailored to your requirements may not be subject to the withdrawal right under Article 16(c) of the Directive
If you validly exercise your withdrawal right, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of delivery method) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
Legal Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws:
- United States: State consumer protection laws may provide additional refund rights
- European Union/UK: In addition to the withdrawal rights described above, you may have additional rights under consumer protection regulations
- Other Jurisdictions: Local consumer protection laws may apply

Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. When we make material changes:

- Changes will apply to new service engagements entered into after the effective date
Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
