Privacy Policy

The Game is published by Aenric Technologies LLC ("Aenric Technologies", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States. We are the controller of the information described here. This policy applies only to the Game; our website privacy policy covers aenric.com and our other services.

You can play without giving us your name, email address or any other contact details.

Your game account. When you first open the Game, it creates an anonymous account so your progress can be saved. You can choose to sign in with Apple (iPhone) or Google (Android) to keep your progress on a new phone. We do not ask Apple for your name or email address, and we do not store the name or email address of your Google account.

Your game progress. Your coins, level, cars, upgrades and race records are saved on your phone and in the cloud, linked to your game account. Settings such as controls and volume stay on your phone.

How the Game is played. To improve the Game, we receive information about how it is used, such as races played and their results, items bought with in-game coins, progress through the Game, screens visited and settings changed, together with basic device information (model, operating system, language, app version) and your approximate country or region.

Crash reports. If the Game crashes, we receive a technical report about the error and the state of the device and the Game at the time, so we can fix it.

Ads. The Game shows an ad only when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward. Our ad provider may use your device's advertising identifier, IP address and device information to show and measure the ad and prevent fraud. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before ads are personalized; on iPhone, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking.

Purchases. Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle payment. We never receive your card or bank details; we only receive confirmation of what you bought so the Game can unlock it.

What we do not collect: contacts, photos, files, precise location, microphone or camera data, or messages.

• To run the Game: create your account and save and restore your progress
• To provide subscriptions and the rewards you choose
• To understand how the Game is played and improve it
• To find and fix crashes and errors
• To show ads you choose to watch, and to measure and protect them from fraud
• To prevent cheating and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

• Performance of a contract: your account, saved progress, sign-in and purchases
• Legitimate interests: understanding how the Game is used, fixing crashes, security and fraud prevention; you can object at any time (see Your Choices)
• Consent: personalized ads and, on iPhone, tracking; you can withdraw consent at any time
• Legal obligation: records we must keep by law, such as for tax

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Game, under contracts that limit how they may use it:

• Unity Technologies: game accounts and saved progress. Unity Privacy Policy
• Google: usage statistics, crash reports, ads and Google sign-in. How Google uses information from apps that use its services
• Apple: Apple sign-in and App Store purchases. Apple Privacy Policy

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our players or others, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred, it is protected by the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

• Account and saved progress: until you delete it in the Game or ask us to delete it
• Usage information: up to 14 months; after that we keep only overall statistics that do not identify you
• Crash reports: about 90 days
• Purchase records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, usually 7 years

Progress saved only on your device stays there until you delete the Game.

• Delete your data: open Account in the Game and choose to delete your cloud data. This deletes your game account and the progress saved online. You can also ask us without the Game: see Delete Your Account.
• Sign out of Apple or Google in the Account screen at any time.
• Ads: change your ad choices in the Game where offered, in your iPhone's tracking settings, or by resetting your Android advertising ID.
• Anything else: email us at legal@aenric.com; include the player ID shown in the Game's Account screen so we can find your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email legal@aenric.com. We respond within 30 days (45 days in California) and may need to confirm the request comes from the account's owner.

California: we do not sell personal information. Personalized ads may count as "sharing" under California law; you can opt out through your ad choices described above or by emailing us. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age for consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below these ages. If you believe a child has used the Game and shared information with us, contact legal@aenric.com and we will delete it.

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with industry-standard security. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to collect only what the Game needs.

We may update this policy when the Game changes. We will change the date below and, for significant changes, tell you in the Game or on its store page before they take effect.
